Shipping Estimate
Flat Shipping rates of INR 200 will be charged on your order for weight upto 500gm.
If Weight is more then 500gm during order processing additional charges with range of 30-70 INR/Kg will be charge for Normal courier. For more rate, please contact Customer Services.
Shipping Options
We provide FedEx, First Flight, Professional etc courier Service. On request other courier will be chosen.
Currently we are only taking orders from India. For in stock parts, orders generally can be ready to ship within same day. INCH ships orders once a day at about 5pm except Sunday.
Once shipped, estimated delivery time depends on the below carriers you chose. As default we choose Normal courier service or Speed post if courier service not available
Express Courier, 2-5 business days
Normal Courier, 3-10 business days
Speed Post, 3-15 business days
Warranty, Return & Refund Policy
All our products are delivered with a warranty of minimum 10 days to protect customer from Manufacturing defect. More longer duration warranty, please contact Customer Service. If you have any problems with your order, please notify us within this duration from date of shipment of any defective product. You agree to pay for the return shipping on exchanges and returns and we will reimburse this cost upon verification of a defect with the product. We will replace or repair the damaged products at free of cost with shipping prepaid by us. In case, we do not have the product in stock to provide replacement, we will issue 100% refund. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.
If due to any reason, unavoidable circumstances or beyond our limitations the order is not shipped by the us then the order shall be cancelled and refunded. In the event the order/product is delivered and has been canceled for refund due to product fault, delivery of wrong product, partial product, etc the we will issue 100% refund.
Return Guidelines
Once we confirm that the defect is a manufacturing problem the defective unused and unopened merchandise will be replaced within 3 days of receipt. All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that came with your shipment. Shipping back charges will be handled by the customer.
Refund & Cancellation
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
If you have placed order and want to cancel the order then 8% transaction charges will be levied if the order has not been dispatched from our office. If the order has been dispatched then the order cannot be canceled.

Requests received later than 10 business days after order is will be treated as cancellation of order.
GST Invoice
User is responsible for updating right GST No. in user record. Each order will be processed with GST No. mention in your user record. In case no GST, Invoice will be issued without GST Number. Revise Invoice is not permitted.
